“ I definitely just walked by this place and had to go in. So it's "wrap ups" and burritos kind of thing! Wrap ups, are hand held, burrito wraps. Then the big daddy burrito (featured in my picture) there are so many different things to add or change. Yummy house made fresh salad too, with noodles, chickpeas.. more! Food was delicious! ”

“ Great food, service, comfortable to hang out. Quick service, unless it's lunch time they'll need just 2-3 minutes to prepare your order. Sit and read at a counter by the window, or with friends at a table, or you can grab to go. The wraps are my favorite (chicken AND bean) but there's plenty more on the menu. Good ingredients and all made on the spot. I always feel like I ate something both satisfying and healthy. Expect to choose how hot you want it. Warning: "nitro" is a choice not made lightly. Delicado's is a successful Nanaimo eatery and a well loved favorite for a generation. The original one is downtown. I've generally found this spot to be not quite as good, and it's hard to pinpoint why: it's as though they don't quite make it with the same love. That's pretty subjective. And it feels like it's improving. Maybe it's the nearby box stores — aren't they usually to blame? In any case, I come pretty often and I'll be back for many more, so would definitely recommend. ”

“ I do love they have healthy food choices, with less oil and non deep fried. Kudos to have healthy choices and different salad options to choose from. I like the burrito on a bowl and the Mexican lasagna. ”
